人体疾病反应点临床应用心得

Clinical application of reaction point of human disease

不同的脏器出现病变时，会在相应的经络穴位上出现压痛点，叫作“反应点”，内脏疾病在体表有“反应点”、上部得病在下部肢体有“反应点”、远端疾病在近端有’“反应点”，人体身上有很多疾病的“反应点”，为医者的诊断与治疗提供简便有效的帮助，也为患者减轻了不少痛苦与经济负担，最常用的“反应点”供临床医生作为辅助诊断及治疗使用。

When different organs appear pathological changes, tenderness points will appear on the corresponding meridian acupoints, called "reaction points". Visceral diseases have "reaction points" on the body surface, upper diseases have "reaction points" on the lower limbs, distal diseases have "reaction points" on the proximal end, and there are many "reaction points" of diseases on the body. Diagnosis and treatment provide simple and effective help, but also for patients to reduce a lot of pain and economic burden, the most commonly used "reaction point" for clinicians as an auxiliary diagnosis and treatment.

翳风穴、乳突穴、风池穴是头部及颈肩疾病的重要反应点;天柱穴是颈椎病的反应点。对相关穴位的点压，可以对相应的病症做出诊断与治疗。

Yifeng acupoint, mastoid acupoint and Fengchi acupoint are the important reaction points of head and neck shoulder diseases, and Tianzhu acupoint is the reaction point of cervical spondylosis. The point pressure of the relevant points can make diagnosis and treatment for the corresponding diseases.

临床意义：颅内、颅外、五官、颈肩疾病的总反应点。如：脑血管意外、脑肿瘤、头痛、眼疾、咽炎、牙周炎、鼻炎、中耳炎、颈椎病、肩周炎等均有反应到此点，点按可以治疗。

Clinical significance: the total reaction point of intracranial, extracranial, facial features, neck and shoulder diseases. Such as: cerebrovascular accidents, brain tumors, headache, eye diseases, pharyngitis, periodontitis, rhinitis, otitis media, cervical spondylosis, periarthritis of shoulder, etc. have reacted to this point, point by point can be treated.

乳突穴：同侧头痛及脑部供血状态的反应点，此点有压痛，临床表现有偏头痛、头晕。点按可以治疗。

Mastoid point: ipsilateral headache and cerebral blood supply state reaction point, this point has tenderness, clinical manifestations of migraine, dizziness. Click can be treated

风池穴：位于枕骨下方、旁开中线2寸处。(相当于枕大神经出孔处)

临床意义：外感风寒、颅神经炎时本穴有压痛。点按可以治疗。

天柱穴：位于第一、二颈椎横突之间。

临床意义：颈椎病的反应点。可以点按治疗颈椎病及脑供血不足导致的临床症状。

在人体后背正中线旁开二指(或同心寸2寸)画两条垂线(相当于膀胱经走行路线)，其上分布着的“俞穴”即为相应内脏的“反应点”，脏器有病变时可以在此找到压痛点进行诊断和处理。如下图所示：

Feng Chi point: located below the occipital bone, the middle line 2 inches. (equivalent to greater occipital nerve out of Kong Chu)

临床意义：外感风寒、颅神经炎时本穴有压痛。点按可以治疗。

Clinical significance: there is tenderness in the site of exogenous cold and cranial neuritis. Click can be treated.

天柱穴：位于第一、二颈椎横突之间。

Tianzhu point: located between the first, second cervical vertebra transverse process.

临床意义：颈椎病的反应点。可以点按治疗颈椎病及脑供血不足导致的临床症状。

Clinical significance: the reaction point of cervical spondylosis. It can be treated according to the clinical symptoms of cervical spondylosis and cerebral insufficiency.

在人体后背正中线旁开二指(或同心寸2寸)画两条垂线(相当于膀胱经走行路线)，其上分布着的“俞穴”即为相应内脏的“反应点”，脏器有病变时可以在此找到压痛点进行诊断和处理。如下图所示

Two vertical lines (equivalent to the bladder meridian route) are drawn beside the center line of the back of the human body. 脚1、脚2两穴在髂骨后沿，有压痛说明同侧脚、腿有病变。在此点按加热疗可以治疗同侧腿足疾病。

荐1、荐2两穴在1、3骶孔处，有压痛反映子宫、肛肠、尿道、前列腺有病变。这些疾病可在此穴进行点按处理。

麦氏点：在脐与右髂前上嵴连线三等分之外1/3与中1/3交界处，阑尾炎发作时有压痛、反跳痛;深压痛为慢性阑尾炎。

肋脊点：脊柱与第十二肋骨交界点，对泌尿系结石有诊断意义。

阑尾点：在足三里穴下一寸，慢性阑尾炎时有压痛，可以用于诊断和治疗。

三阴交：三阴交穴在内踝中点向上四横指处，对诊断高血压(高压)、妇科病(盆腔)及前列腺、直肠疾病也有特别的临床意义。也可以用于点按治疗。

照海穴：是足、趾疾病的反应点，还可以点按治疗。

荐1、荐2两穴在1、3骶孔处，有压痛反映子宫、肛肠、尿道、前列腺有病变。这些疾病可在此穴进行点按处理。

The sacral 1, 2 and two sacral sites at 1 and 3 sacral foramen are characterized by tenderness, including uterus, anorectal, urethra and prostate. These diseases can be processed by pressing at this point.

麦氏点：在脐与右髂前上嵴连线三等分之外1/3与中1/3交界处，阑尾炎发作时有压痛、反跳痛;深压痛为慢性阑尾炎。

Maxwell's point: at the junction of 1/3 and 1/3 of the right anterior superior iliac crest, besides the trisection of the umbilical cord, appendicitis has tenderness and rebound pain when it occurs; deep tenderness is chronic appendicitis.

肋脊点：脊柱与第十二肋骨交界点，对泌尿系结石有诊断意义。

Costal ridge point: the junction between the spine and the twelfth ribs is of diagnostic significance for urinary calculi.

阑尾点：在足三里穴下一寸，慢性阑尾炎时有压痛，可以用于诊断和治疗。

Appendix point: one inch below Zusanli point, there is tenderness in chronic appendicitis, it can be used for diagnosis and treatment.

三阴交：三阴交穴在内踝中点向上四横指处，对诊断高血压(高压)、妇科病(盆腔)及前列腺、直肠疾病也有特别的临床意义。也可以用于点按治疗。

Sanyinjiao: Sanyinjiao points in the middle of the medial malleolus upward four transverse fingers, the diagnosis of hypertension (hypertension), gynecological diseases (pelvic) and prostate, rectal diseases also have special clinical significance. It can also be used for point treatment.

照海穴：是足、趾疾病的反应点，还可以点按治疗。

另外，曾有医者在第二手掌骨上点诊。笔者用手诊括板的侧面按压，有痛点发现说明相应部位有病症。笔者应用体会准确率达80%以上。此法简单方便，但要结合问诊，细心总结体会成为自己的心得。

还有耳穴点诊也是常用简便的一种诊法，可以综合应用进行人性化诊断。
